    The cool part is the you understand what works for you and what doesn’t. Having a fun workout buddy helps through the tough times ✨🦄🦄 🦄🦄 I appreciate how you all push each other.

    One positive habit I would like to do would be to workout out at least 5 days a week. So far this has been good for October, but I have tendencies to withdraw after a little bit. But I am focused on getting fit and feeling happy. I really do feel happiness after working out, especially when I push myself to point of almost crying hahaha.

    Routine. I know some people say consistency, but I am consistent in stuff, just not that necessarily helps me read all your goals. I do lack a routine and I don’t know why I’m so resistant to a routine, but I guess I will have to figure it out.

    I would like to be strong and positive throughout each storm.
    I get depressed and discouraged and then “My life Sucks”, when in reality I have a very blessed life. I have many things that some people wished they had. I want to take each obstacle and beign about to gracefully go about figuring it out. Instead of thinking its the end of the world.

    What about creating a trigger. For example there’s a particular day that I can’t seem to motivate myself out the door. So I created a trigger which was a stop for a cool refreshing drink on my way out. 🍉 The thought of that drink became the trigger that got me out of the door.

    I don’t do enough of this at all, but to create me time and to take advantage of the support that I have from my mate to do so! He used to nag at me all the time to get out of the house and go see a movie with a friend. But I was to stubborn and now I understand the importance of that me time or even date night time!

    What if we redefined workout? Would 15min of hide-and-seek with a little one count? In my opinion yes. Walk for 15 minutes on a path that you like, not for fitness but for reflection.

    I want to get in a workout every single day. It doesn’t have to be hardcore, but it would be nice to have the motivation and energy to even get in a stretching day.
