Here’s the realist (had to add that) you can not obtain significant & positive change unless you connect with gratitude. How many of us have seen or heard stories of people who tried a challenge, loss all the weight just to gain it back again? It’s happen to me so I don’t have to look far for an example.
The cycle was: Join a challenge, get supplements, eat clean, burn calories and loose weight. But after a year or so those inches came back and I began to wear baggy clothes to cover up.
The trigger was a post-pregnancy or family emergency/drama that had me medicating with food. In the midst of it all I forgot to be grateful. I completely loss the drive to love myself. That’s when I began to create challenges that connect to the heart & soul like BEAUTIFUL MIND which changed my life.
Today I’m living happy & healthy and the weight is coming off.
